1. Site Content Copyright

Unless otherwise noted, all written articles, photographs and other original content on Titi's World of Floating Light ("the Site") are © 2026 Titi's World of Floating Light. All rights reserved.

The Site is published by an individual operator for informational and editorial purposes. No portion of the Site's content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any form or by any means without prior written permission from the operator, except for the limited purpose of browsing, non-commercial personal use, or sharing via the social-share buttons provided on each page.

2. Image Source & Attribution

All images displayed on the Site as article thumbnails are produced by generative AI from text prompts authored for each destination. These images are not photographs of real, identifiable locations, people, or objects; they are illustrative composites created to evoke each destination in a stylised and recognisable manner.

Because the images are AI-generated composites, they are original works of the Site operator and are not derived from any specific third-party image. No claim is made about photographic accuracy, and the images are not intended as a substitute for visiting the destinations in person.

The Site does not currently publish in-article image galleries. If real photographs or third-party images are added in the future, each image will carry an explicit credit line of the form Image: <source / author>, <licence>, visible on the same page as the image.

Some articles reference external cultural sites and landmarks (for example UNESCO World Heritage locations). These names and the descriptions of those sites are used under fair dealing / fair use for the purpose of editorial commentary.

3. Trademarks

References to third-party trademarks, films, books, brands or organisations in any article on the Site are made purely for editorial commentary and identification. The respective trademark holders retain all rights to those marks. No affiliation, endorsement or partnership is implied.

4. Copyright Infringement Notice & Takedown Procedure

If you believe that content on the Site infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice to the operator that includes all of the following (the "Notice"):

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the rights holder or an authorised agent.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are involved).
  3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material on the Site, with sufficient information (URL, page title, image filename) so that the operator can locate it.
  4. Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the Notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on the rights holder's behalf.

On receipt of a Notice that contains all six elements above, the operator will, in good faith and within a reasonable time:

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material;
  • Notify the person who originally provided the content, where practicable;
  • Consider and respond to any counter-notice filed in accordance with applicable law.

5. Counter-Notice

If material you posted on the Site was removed in response to a Notice and you believe it was removed in error or that you have authorisation from the owner, you may submit a written counter-notice containing the same six elements above (substituting "removed" for "infringed" where applicable) plus a consent to the jurisdiction of a competent court. On receipt of a valid counter-notice, the operator may restore the material at its discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

6. Repeat Infringers

The operator reserves the right to terminate, at its sole discretion, the contribution of any individual or entity that is found to be a repeat infringer of copyright.

7. Changes to This Page

This page may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
